It arrives protected for the trip, loose and unframed. That is on purpose: 12 × 16, 20 × 28 and 28 × 40 in are standard frame sizes.
If it arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we cover it. Email photos of the print and the packaging to vexaprojectcj@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it free of charge.
Because every print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Full conditions in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, where shipping is free with no minimum order and delivery takes 5-7 business days with tracking. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
For any other destination, email us at vexaprojectcj@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can get it to you and what it would cost. We would rather say no than promise a date we cannot keep.
Are these devices safe to use at home?
They are household beauty and grooming appliances. They are not medical devices and they do not replace medical advice. Read the instructions before the first use and stick to the recommended times.
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implants, a skin condition, or you are on medication, check with a professional first.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw, no explanation needed and with no exceptions. It has to come back complete, with its accessories and packaging, and return shipping is on you. Email us before sending anything back.
