Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to orders placed on this store are set out in full in our Terms of Service, which you can read from the link in the footer of every page.

The Spanish-language version of this page describes the conditions that apply to orders delivered within Spain, under Spanish and EU consumer law. It does not describe the conditions for orders delivered in the United States.

Orders delivered in the United States - the short version

• Every print is made to order by our printing partner inside the United States. Nothing is held in stock.
• Because of that, all sales are final. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind.
• If a print arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it: email vexaprojectcj@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the print and the packaging, and we send a free reprint. Do not ship anything back without written authorization first.
• An order can only be cancelled before it goes into production, which is about 2 hours after you place it.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order.
• Images on screen are a guide: colour and cropping can vary slightly from the printed result depending on your display.

These points are a summary for convenience. If anything here differs from our Terms of Service or our Returns and Refunds policy, those documents are the ones that apply. Nothing in them removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your state of residence.
