Shipping Policy

United States

Free shipping anywhere in the United States, with no minimum order. Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days from the day you order. Your prints are made to order by our printing partner inside the United States and shipped domestically, so there are no customs formalities and no import charges. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and we follow every order ourselves from the press to your door.

Spain

We also ship within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Free shipping, estimated delivery 5-7 business days, printed on demand in Spain. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Destinations we do not cover

Right now we ship only to the United States, and to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We cannot accept orders to any other destination.

General

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or for reasons outside our control, such as a carrier incident. If you want to know where your order is, email us at vexaprojectcj@gmail.com and we will tell you.

Every print is made to order, so all sales are final. If a print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us photos of the print and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we reprint it free of charge. The full conditions are in our Returns and Refunds policy.
