This policy explains what personal information VEXA, S.C. collects when you visit or buy from this store, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number, the items ordered, and the order amount. We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, who receive the payment details directly.
When you browse: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, time on site, referring site, and cookie identifiers.
When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
2. Why we use it
- To produce, ship and track your order, and to contact you about it.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To answer your questions and handle claims.
- To operate, secure and improve the store.
- To send marketing emails, only if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- To measure and improve our advertising — see section 5.
3. Who we share it with
- Shopify — runs the store and processes payments.
- Gelato — our print partner. Receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order from within the United States.
- Carriers such as USPS — receive your address to deliver the package.
- PayPal — if you pay with PayPal.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — see section 5.
- Authorities — when required by law or to defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to work — your cart, your session, security — and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time through your browser settings.
5. Advertising and the Meta pixel
This store uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. This means that, if you consent, information about your visit — pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases — may be shared with Meta and matched against your Meta account.
Under California law this counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You have the right to opt out. To do so, decline advertising cookies in the banner, or email us at vexaprojectcj@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.
6. Your rights in the United States
Depending on your state — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- Access a copy of it;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes;
- Opt out of sharing for targeted advertising;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will not refuse service, charge a different price or give you a lower level of service.
To exercise any of these, email vexaprojectcj@gmail.com from the address used for your order, or tell us your order number. We reply within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our answer.
7. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing and cookie data is kept for a limited period set by each provider.
8. International transfers
We are based in Spain. Your information is processed both in the United States and in the European Union. The European Union applies data protection standards at least as protective as those described here.
9. Security
The store runs over an encrypted connection and payment data is handled by certified payment providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Children
This store is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the store.
